Booking & Payment
When you make a reservation, you certify that you are at least 18 years old, have the legal capacity to accept these terms on behalf of all party members, and that you have done so. If you are making a reservation for more than one person, you also certify that you are accountable for collecting all payments from the party members for whom you are making the reservation. To cover the full cost of your trip, you must give us your credit or debit card information when you make a reservation. You authorize us, or an authorized third party, permission to collect the entire amount of your purchase. Please be aware that you could be asked to show your credit card during check-in to confirm authorized card use or to guarantee any additional fees.
When we send you a confirmation invoice as a booking agent, your reservation is confirmed, and a contract is formed between you and the supplier. Please review your confirmation invoice carefully and notify us promptly of any wrong or missing information. If your flight is confirmed, we will send you a confirmation. If you believe that any information on the confirmation or any other document is incorrect, you must notify us promptly upon receipt. Please ensure that names match those on the relevant passport exactly. As we only act as a booking agent, we are not responsible for any mistakes in any documentation, unless we committed the mistake.
You are responsible for ensuring that any information provided to you by us, our employees, or our suppliers is conveyed to all members of your party. Any information we provide to you is deemed to be provided to all members of your party for whom you are making or have made a reservation. We can only communicate with the primary passenger on the reservation.
We reserve the right, at our absolute discretion, to return your deposit and decline to issue a confirmation.
After the payment is verified, the registered email address will receive the electronic ticket. Typically, it takes 24 hours.
Forms of payments
Credit and debit cards Payment can be made using Visa card, Master card, Master debit card and Visa debit card.
Taxes, fees, and other costs imposed by the government on air transportation may be included in the cost of your journey. They are either shown separately on your ticket or are included in the tariff, and they may sum up a significant amount of the cost of your flight. It’s also possible that additional taxes, fees, or other costs will need to be paid by you; for instance, not all departure taxes may be included on your ticket (s). In some circumstances, departure taxes that you must pay locally to the government of the nation you are leaving from, are not refundable by us.
Companies who handle credit card transactions, charge a fee to facilitate the purchases. This fee will be passed through to you and will be included in the total cost of your travel arrangements. For credit cards, this usually equals 2.5% of the total. These fees are not refundable in the event of cancellation.
Each product or service’s price is periodically checked and could change. We have the right to offer promotional or discounted offers on this website. Every offer is subject on availability and thus is subject to withdrawal at any time.
Changes or Cancellations by You
The terms and conditions of the airline or other Travel Supplier will control your ability to cancel or modify a purchased travel product or service, as well as how to do so. As a result, it might not be possible to cancel or modify the products or services you’ve purchased, or there might be specific conditions you need to fulfill.
During the booking process, information about your ability to cancel or modify your reservation is available online. You are presumed to have read and accepted the Supplier’s specific terms and conditions for cancellations and changes at the time your booking is made, therefore it is your responsibility to get familiar with them.
Many airlines and other Suppliers restrict changes to name details. Please remember that most airlines and Suppliers consider a name change to be a cancellation, for which the regular terms and fees would apply.
If you make a change to your reservation (cancellation or modification), in addition to the terms and conditions of your Supplier(s), our standard fees will apply, as stated on your booking confirmation. These fees represent the administration costs incurred by us and do not include any additional fees imposed by the Travel Supplier.
Typically, reservations can be canceled before the issue of airline tickets. Changes to reservations are permitted if seats are available on the new dates and only prior to the issuance of air tickets.
The airline’s cancellation and amendment policies for low-cost flights are applicable. To cancel or make modifications to low-cost flights, you must contact the airline directly. Usually, low-cost flight tickets are non-refundable.
If Your Supplier Changes or Cancels
If a supplier needs to make significant changes to or cancel your confirmed arrangements, we will inform you as soon as possible. In addition, we shall act as a liaison between you and any applicable provider regarding any alternative arrangements offered, but we will have no further responsibility to you.
Passport, Visa & Health Requirements
You are responsible for verifying and complying with all passports, visa, health, and immigration requirements relevant to your itinerary. We are only able to provide general information on this subject. Check with the necessary Embassies and/or Consulates, as well as your personal physician, to determine the criteria for your specific situation. Requirements are subject to change; therefore, you must verify the current situation well in advance of your travel. Most nations require passports to be valid for at least six months beyond the date of departure. If your passport is approaching its expiration date, you should contact the embassy of the nation you intend to visit.
We accept no responsibility if you are unable to travel or suffer any other loss as a result of failing to comply with passport, visa, immigration, or health requirements. You agree to pay us for any penalties or other damages incurred as a result of your failure to comply with passport, visa, immigration, or health requirements.
For your own protection and peace of mind, we highly advise you not to travel without proper travel insurance. You are responsible for ensuring that you have appropriate travel insurance to meet your needs. It is your responsibility to ensure that the insurance you book is suitable and adequate for your needs. We recommend that you take out insurance to cover (at a minimum) the costs incurred if you cancel your trip and the cost of assistance, including repatriation, in the event of an accident or illness while you are abroad. It is your responsibility to comply with the insurance company’s regulations and to report any pertinent information to the insurance company.
After leaving Switzerland, it is your responsibility to confirm with the airline at least 72 hours in advance that any confirmed onward flights will operate as scheduled. Please aware that some airlines want you to confirm your intention to fly with them.
Visit http://www.checkmytrip.com to see the current status of your flights. We recommend that you do this at least 24 hours before to the departure time mentioned on your ticket or confirmation email. Your AMADEUS Reservation Code is a six-character code (Example: 5ORSO3) located in your confirmation email.
You will not be eligible for a refund from us if you fail to arrive to check in on time. If you don’t make the outgoing trip, certain airlines may also cancel the return segments of your ticket. If you fail to check in, but still want to use the return ticket’s inbound, please contact with us.
Special Requests & Disabilities
Please inform us of any unique needs, and we will send them to the appropriate supplier. However, we cannot guarantee your special request because we have no direct influence over how the services are provided.
